When you request a quote, you choose to provide your name, email address, job location, project description and, optionally, your phone number, preferred date and project files. LEIVA METAL WORKS uses these details to assess the project, respond and discuss any proposed work.

How the form is delivered

The form sends your details and attachments to FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, so they can be emailed to [email protected]. FormSubmit states that it keeps form submissions for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive. Its spam-protection page may use Google reCAPTCHA. Read FormSubmit's privacy information and Google's privacy policy.

Enquiry emails are received through our Zoho-hosted business mailbox. We do not use the enquiry form to subscribe you to marketing emails.

Choose what you share

Only include information needed to describe the job. Avoid identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information, and do not upload files you do not have permission to share. Optional attachments are limited to five JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF files, up to 5 MB each and 10 MB combined.

Website services

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request information to serve and protect the site. We have not added advertising trackers or a marketing analytics script. Instagram is an ordinary external link, not an embedded feed.
